New trigger options:
- Cards contain Natural 8, Natural 9
- Seconds Since Round Start
- Baccarat Cards Dealt
- Selection's Consecuent Wins (Ties not included)
Bugs Fixed:
- In Test Mode bets placed on Player or Banker in Baccarat used to be deducted if the Tie won.
- The "is divisible by" option did not return true if two numbers were equal
